    DC converters or electric drives are designed to create drives for the movement of machine tools and other mechanisms, including for CNC systems.   

    The DC drive has different designs: with one- and two-zone regeneration, non-reversible and reversible, with reversal along the armature and along the motor field.   

    DC / DC Converter - converts alternating current into direct current with regulation of output parameters of current and voltage.   

    Converters for DC motors can be divided into two groups:

•     thyristor DC converter;   
•     transistor DC converter.
